Bob Swick's Blog: Tonight's Debate: Round One
8/27/14 1:18 AM
Round One. I am amazed that Mr. Malloy has agreed to seven count them seven debates with Mr. Foley. I am not amazed that United States Representative Rosa DeLauro will not debate Candidate James Brown.  We all know it is beneath DeLauro to tell the people she supposedly represents where she st...

Bob Swick's Blog: Another Connecticut Taxpayer Funded Corporate Welfare Payment
8/20/14 1:20 AM
I am wondering when the State of Connecticut will start offering tax incentives for people moving from one town to another in Connecticut?  We do it already with businesses moving from one town to another in the state so why not people? The latest round of taxpayer funded corporate welfarism c...

Bob Swick's Blog: Now The Real War Begins In Connecticut.
8/13/14 10:46 AM
Now the real war begins in Connecticut. Economic reality versus economic fantasy. Fiscal restraint versus tax and spend. Debt addressed versus more and more debt. Bob Swick's Blog: James Brown For Congress In Connecticut's Third District
8/7/14 1:38 AM
I wonder if anyone has told Rosa DeLauro to drop out of her re election race like she has told Gubernatorial Candidate Jonathan Pelto?  Just a thought?  Maybe it has been a long 23 years that she has been in office achieving what I do not know for the Third Congressional District here in C...

Bob Swick's Blog: More Malloy Connecticut Economic Fantasy News
7/24/14 1:12 AM
In Connecticut there seems to be an economic fantasy taking place by Mr. Malloy and Hartford's Omnipotent One Party Rule. The economic fantasy is to take taxpayer's monies and give it to businesses already here in Connecticut to keep them here.  Some of those same businesses then donate to some...

Bob Swick's Blog: Dannel Says: "The State Is A Battleground"

The state is a battleground. Are you ready to defend? (What about the new gun laws?) The state is a battleground. 55,000 private sector jobs created. (How many jobs were lost since 2011?) The state is a battleground. Conversations abound for the future.  (Is there a future for the state with th...
